HOW TO MAKE $2,000 A MONTH FAST

This equipment brokerage, and the most active type of business we have included in here. You will see how simple it is to start, and it really can grow into a $50,000 a year income if you stay with it. The one caution here is that it takes time. It is not an instant income producer like many included here, but the worse business gets, the more opportunities you have to make money.

This is a business that takes more ingenuity than capital or hard work, There a billions of dollars worth of used machinery laying around all over the world, and the individual who will find buyers for them can make a great deal of money. You can start this business on your kitchen table, and if your are smart, and pay attention to detail, you will see it grow into a very profitable enterprise.

Finding used machinery or equipment for sale by the owners, getting a “listing” in which the owner agrees to pay a commission if you find a buyer for the machine is the first line of business.

Used business and industrial equipment can sell for prices ranging up to $500,000 depending on the industry-the average commissions run 10% to 20%.

Run ads offering equipment for sale (even if you have no listing) in trade magazines, and a second ad offers to pay cash for equipment. The ads will bring inquiries from both buyers and sellers…match them up.

As time passes you will be able to buy machines at bargain prices, at auctions and from owners who want tax deductions, then resell at double or triple your investment. Also, you will be able to pick up dealerships for new machines, have a showroom and own a highly profitable business.

The smart way to start is to specialize in one machine in an industry that has many small plants, such as printing, machine shops, automobile repair, TV repair, etc., and the machine should be standard and one that all shops use. Learn the values of the various models and when ready, start running your trade magazine ads.

Ad #1 should offer a couple of machines at just below market value (even if you have no listing), this will bring buyer inquiries….tell them the machines are sold but you have a line on another one.

Ad #2 offer quick cash for machines…..when contacted by sellers, tell them your are temporarily overstocked, but have some buyers….make your commission deal.

The capital required is small. You will need business stationery, a typewriter, telephone and ads….$500 to start.

Brokering can be a good way to earn some extra money. Many people don't have the time, so are happy to pay others to sell something.

Thanks for the info, SOCIALLY SHARED.

P.S. I think you have a repeat in the first section.
